Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the equipment you buy from QUANTIFICARE DO BRASIL IMPORTACAO E DISTRIBUICAO DE EQUIPAME. This policy explains how to return cameras, capture systems, lighting or accessories and request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of the item

Items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging. Please include all original components, cables, manuals and accessories, and pack the equipment securely to avoid damage in transit.

Returns shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items.

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. You may also call +554430302500. We answer within 2 business days and send return instructions.

Please do not ship items back before receiving instructions.

How you are refunded

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval; card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show it.

Damaged or defective items

If equipment arrives damaged or does not work, contact [email protected] as described in our Shipping Policy so we can resend or refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
